Shipping

Each Sula piece is made to order, with care and intention. Please allow 5–6 weeks for production and fulfillment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Sula is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout. All orders are insured during transit, but once delivered and signed for, Sula is no longer liable.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Overnight with Signature Required. We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders.

Local Delivery – No Charge
If you're located in Southern California (Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego), we’re happy to hand-deliver your piece at no additional cost.

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

If you believe your item arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sulalosangeles.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.
